Smoked Salmon Wheels

4 oz. smoked salmon
2 scallions
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
lemon wedges
parsley sprigs

Spread cream cheese on salmon. Place a piece of scallion on one edge of salmon. Roll salmon around scallion. Cut roll into 1/2″ long slices. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
